Mmm… Sungold cherry tomatoes. A Harvest Share member favourite from 2017 returns!

Sungold tomatoes are the gold winner in flavour according to many of our harvest share members. Our greenhouse is already full of tomato plants for this season and we are excited to harvest this crop! Tomatoes help protect against cancer, maintain healthy blood pressure, and reduce blood glucose in people with diabetes. Tomatoes also contain key carotenoids that protect the eye against light-induced damage.
