This all-purpose herb and salt blend is a revelation: nasturtium stems and leaves form the foundation of this medley of herbs. After smoking, the nasturtium loses its natural peppery aftertaste, creating an earthy base that allows the flavours of the thyme, marjoram, oregano and sage to shine through.
We suggest mixing smoked herb salt with oil and using it as a marinade for grilling vegetables or poultry. Keep in a dry area so it does not absorb too much humidity.
