🌿 Vendor Insurance Guide for the 2025 Farm Festival

Welcome and thank you for being part of Black Creek Community Farm’s 2025 Farm Festival! To help ensure the safety and protection of everyone involved, all vendors are required to share proof of insurance coverage through a trusted provider with BOTH the below names/addresses added as additional insured for the scheduled event day:

  • FoodShare Toronto, 120 Industry St, York, Ontario, M6M 4L8

If you don’t have vendor insurance, you can obtain one-day liability insurance coverage through a trusted provider such as Duuo by Co-operators.

🛠 Step-by-Step: How to Get Vendor Insurance with Duuo

Step 1: Visit Duuo’s Vendor Insurance Page

  • Go to www.duuo.ca/vendor-insurance 
  • IMPORTANT: Log-in or create an account BEFORE beginning the quote process to ensure you receive your exclusive insurance rate. 

Step 2: Visit BCCF’s Unique Farm Festival Insurance Link on the Duuo Platform

  • Go to the Farm Festival insurance page to begin the process.
  • Select “Black Creek Community Farm Annual Farm Festival 2025 1-Day Policy (Covers 1 day)”

Step 3: Fill Out the Form With Your Information

  • Enter details about your business
    • Note:💡All BCCF-provided booths are under 200 sq/ft.
    • Event Date: July 19, 2025

Step 4: Select the Option to Purchase Vendor Insurance

  • Select your coverage limits

      Step 4: Review & Pay

      • Confirm all details are correct
      • Event Name: BCCF Annual Farm Festival 2025
      • Event Venue: Black Creek Community Farm,  4929 Jane St, Toronto, ON M3N 2K8
      • Black Creek Community Farm and our address to the Event Organizer details page.
        • 4929 Jane Street, Toronto, M3N 2K8
      • FoodShare Toronto as an additional insured. 
        • FoodShare Toronto, 120 Industry St, York, Ontario, M6M 4L8
      • Pay online using a credit card
      • Your certificate of insurance will be emailed instantly and available to download from your account

      📤 Step 5: Submitting Proof of Insurance

      Once you receive your certificate of insurance, please email a copy to: 📧“events@blackcreekfarm.ca”
