Looking for a unique team-building experience that engages all your senses, provides lots of great photo ops and enables you to give back to the community while having fun at the same time? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you and your team!
Elspeth Copeland, Black Creek Volunteer
“I made a connection – farm to table – and all right here in glorious Toronto. Soil, sun, work… meeting my farmer, and eventually… a delicious meal. You should try it.”
Come have an outdoor adventure with your team or group. Breathe fresh air. Experience the magic of getting your hands in the dirt and help build one of North America’s most innovative urban farm sites. Half day and full day experiences available.
Why: It’s a terrific break from the daily routine. Our unique heritage property will whisk you into the country, with vibrant flowers, 5 acres of organic farmland, and lunch around the picnic tables, yet you’re just 40 minutes from downtown! While on the farm, you can help expand our walking trail system, plant our new food forest, install our new children’s and seniors’ flower gardens, or work alongside our expert farm team in the field, greenhouse or market prep area. And with each trail extended, each fruit tree planted and each crop harvested or prepped for market, you’ll be helping our charity and social enterprise expand its social impact.
