Seedy Saturday April 9, 10am – 3pm

Get ready to get growing! We’re excited to be hosting our first Seedy Saturday event at the farm this Saturday! Find all the details on our website or Facebook page.

Purchase local, organic seeds and perennials from Urban Harvest, Matchbox Garden & Seed Co, and Ann’s Produce. Bring your own seeds to swap seeds with friends and neighbours at a free seed exchange facilitated by Toronto Seed Library.BCCF, FoodShare and Afri-Can FoodBasket will be offering free workshops on starting your own seedlings, vermi-composting, and world crops.

Pizza baked in our wood-fired oven will be available for purchase.

Parking is extremely limited on site. Please travel by public transit or contact us for nearby parking options. This event is cash only.

PA Day Camp: Friday, April 15

Send your kids (ages 5-11) to PA Day Camp to experience our amazing camp program for a day! $25/child* (hot lunch and snacks included).Please email the Farm School Coordinator or call 416-393-6381 to register.
*limited subsidized spots are available

Food Forest Volunteer Days

On April 23 and 30, help us plant fruit trees, berry bushes, and other edible perennials in our Food Forest. A light vegetarian lunch will be provided for all volunteers. Please email us – or sign up through our Facebook events listings.

BCCF Markets

Our farmers are busy growing seedlings in the greenhouse in preparation for our summer markets!

We’ll be launching a new Saturday On-Site Market in July. Bring the whole family to meet your farmers and explore the farm. We’ll even have our bake oven fired up for fresh pizza! Find all the detailshere.
